Classic Pisco Sour

Pisco takes center stage in this timeless recipe, offering a clean, smooth flavor profile that enhances the drink’s citrusy and creamy balance.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Pisco
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • 15 ml egg white
  • Garnish: 3 drops of Angostura bitters

Instructions:

  1. Dry-shake all ingredients (except bitters) to froth the egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Add 3 drops of Angostura bitters and swirl for a decorative finish.

Absolut Sour Punch

For a creative twist, Absolut Vodka adds a clean and crisp foundation to a modern interpretation of the Pisco Sour.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Absolut Vodka
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml elderflower cordial
  • 15 ml egg white
  • Garnish: Lemon zest

Instructions:

  1. Dry-shake all ingredients to create frothiness.
  2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a twist of lemon zest.

Malibu Tropical Sour

Infuse your Pisco Sour with a tropical twist using the coconut-forward flavors of Malibu.

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml Malibu Original
  • 20 ml Pisco
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • 15 ml egg white
  • Garnish: Grated coconut

Instructions:

  1. Combine Malibu, BarSol, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
  2. Dry-shake to froth the egg white, then add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a sprinkle of grated coconut.

Non-Alcoholic Citrus Delight

For a refreshing zero-proof option, use Ceder’s Crisp, a non-alcoholic spirit with a botanical depth that complements the citrusy elements of a Pisco Sour.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Ceder’s Crisp
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • 15 ml aquafaba (as an egg white substitute)
  • Garnish: Lime wheel or a dash of bitters (alcohol-free)

Instructions:

  1. Dry-shake all ingredients to create froth.
  2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel or alcohol-free bitters.
