You can also expect dedicated experiences from Monkey 47 and Havana Club alongside the Back of House. Monkey 47 will unveil a new experience inspired by the tv show The Bear and its Distillers Cut, while Havana Club returns with its Bodega concept and a showcase of its iconic range.The “Back of House” will serve as a hub for conversations and ideas, featuring exclusive cocktails and creative brand activations. In addition, SIP’s presence at BCB includes roundtables and headline seminars led by bartenders, brand founders, and global industry experts.“Back of House” will come to life across three days with a rotating bar programme.
