Interview of Charlotte

Hi Charlotte, welcome! 

What do you enjoy most about working as a bartender?

"Hello, I'm Charlotte and one thing that I enjoy most about being a bartender is that you have everything in one place. You have creativity, you have people, you have team spirit and the interaction with the guests and also a bit of business management in there."

Thank you. How do you recognize a bartender? 

"Still the question, like, in the street, in the bar?"

If there is a special feature that will make you recognize a bartender, or maybe there is not? 

"Maybe there is not. A bartender can be anything, anyone, really. I just hope to see them engaging, clean, precise, and many more things, multitasking."

What's the most commonly used expression for a bartender? 

"Behind. Good communication in the team is extremely important."

What was your most memorable sip? 

"That's a very good question. I cannot think of one specific one right now, but every time that a drink really captures you in the moment and makes you forget about everything else around the drink, then it's something really special."

Our motto at SIP is everybody can bring something to the table. What do you think you bring to the table?

"Something that I would say I bring to the table in the bar and for the team is that I really look out for everyone and for everyone's well being - all of the team members and myself as well."

If you could have a drink with someone that is dead or alive, who would you who would you sip with?

"I think the best SIP is always with your closest friends that you share the most, the best time with."

SIP is an acronym. What would it stand for you?

"It actually stands for share, inspire, and pioneer, but one thing that I always think about in P is people!"
