Cinco de Mayo is a vibrant celebration of Mexican culture and heritage, marked by festive gatherings, delicious food, and, of course, exceptional tequila. Let's honor this day by spotlighting Código 1530, an ultra-premium tequila brand that embodies the spirit of Mexico.
Código 1530 Blanco - Classic Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Código 1530 Blanco
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.75 oz triple sec
  • Lime wheel and salt rim, for garnish

 

Instructions:

  • Rim a glass with salt and fill with ice.
  • In a shaker, combine Código 1530 Blanco, lime juice, and triple sec.
  • Add ice and shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel.

Código 1530 Rosa - Paloma

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Código 1530 Rosa
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Soda water
  • Grapefruit wedge and salt rim, for garnish

 

Instructions:

  • Rim a glass with salt and fill with ice.
  • In a shaker, combine Código 1530 Rosa, grapefruit juice, and lime juice.
  • Add ice and shake until well-chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glass and top with soda water.

  • Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
