Since it’s inauguration in 2019, Rising Stars has grown and evolved – from a simple training path and competition into a live, always-on repository of courses, content, tools and expertise. Since 2020 the platform has welcomed associates from the Middle East and Africa too.

Since it’s inauguration in 2019, Rising Stars has grown and evolved – from a simple training path and competition into a live, always-on repository of courses, content, tools and expertise. Since 2020 the platform has welcomed associates from the Middle East and Africa too.
AND now for 2023, Rising Stars has a refreshed home, powered by SIP (Share, Inspire, Pioneer), meaning that associates get the best of SIP and also the best of exclusive Marriott content! Rising Stars continues to capture and deliver category training and knowledge to all – accessible wherever you are, either on desktop, tablet or mobile device. Throughout the year we will be dropping loads of new video content including live seminars experienced by the 2022 finalists in Warsaw.
With a new year begins a new challenge and Rising Stars is no different. We are excited to be launching our new competition edition and we are throwing down the gauntlet to all aspiring front of house creatives to accept the Rising Stars challenge.
