This beautiful cocktail bar in the heart of Paris provides a unique approach to cocktails, by not providing a fixed menu to its customers!
They believe in the flexibility of choice, and allow their consumers to share their tastes, preferences, and mood with the bartender. The bartender then crafts a bespoke cocktail based on the needs of the consumer with seasonal ingredients.
Bisou is also very environmentally conscious and only provides metal straws instead of plastic straws to the consumers.
