Bar Convent Berlin 2025, Europe's premier bar and beverage trade show, returns to Messe Berlin from October 6–8, bringing together industry professionals from nearly 90 countries.
SIP is returning to Bar Convent Berlin (Hall 20) with a brand-new concept:
The SIP “Back of House”, a staff-room-inspired space that takes guests behind the scenes of hospitality culture.
The space will showcase seven brands: Código 1530, Altos, Bumbu, Skrewball, Redbreast, Ramazzotti Aperitivo Arancia 0.0%, and Drink More Water - each brought to life through activations. You can also expect dedicated experiences from Monkey 47 and Havana Club alongside the Back of House. Monkey 47 will unveil a new experience inspired by the tv show The Bear and its Distillers Cut, while Havana Club returns with its Bodega concept and a showcase of its iconic range.
The “Back of House” will serve as a hub for conversations and ideas, featuring exclusive cocktails and creative brand activations. In addition, SIP’s presence at BCB includes roundtables and headline seminars led by bartenders, brand founders, and global industry experts.
“Back of House” will come to life across three days with a rotating bar programme. On Monday and Tuesday, the Moloko+ team from Frankfurt will present their creative menu, followed by a bar team from Kempinski taking over on Wednesday to bring their own perspective and style.
