15ml Honey Syrup
8 Mint Leaves
To make honey syrup, dissolve honey in water over medium heat, simmer for 5 minutes, then refrigerate until chilled. Prepare the drink by rolling mint leaves along a Julep Cup, adding crushed ice, syrup, and Jameson Black Barrel, stirring until frosted, and topping with more crushed ice, mint, and bitters.
