British officers added gin, sugar, and lime to make the bitter tonic more palatable, and just like that, the iconic Gin & Tonic was born. We’ve come a long way since then, but the refreshing appeal of this classic serve never fades!
Try our preferred ratio of 50 ml of Beefeater London Dry Gin poured over ice and top with 125ml of your tonic of choice. Stir with a long spoon to mix without fizzing up the drink and add your citrus garnish of choice.
