Avion

Avión is a single-origin, small-batch tequila made from blue agave grown at the highest elevations. Handpicked, the agave is then slow roasted and distilled in handmade pot stills before a process of ultra-slow filtration and ageing in whisky barrels. Since its launch in 2009, this ultra-premium craft tequila has won multiple awards, and since 2018 has been part of the Pernod Ricard group.
