Celebrate Gin & Tonic Day on October 19th 2025 with one of the world’s most iconic and refreshing serves. Known for its crisp simplicity, the G&T is a staple behind every bar and a favourite for any occasion.
Did you know tonic water (more specifically, the quinine in it) was originally used to prevent malaria? British officers added gin, sugar, and lime to make the bitter tonic more palatable, and just like that, the iconic Gin & Tonic was born. We’ve come a long way since then, but the refreshing appeal of this classic serve never fades!
Try our preferred ratio of 50 ml of Beefeater London Dry Gin poured over ice and top with 125ml of your tonic of choice. Stir with a long spoon to mix without fizzing up the drink and add your citrus garnish of choice.
