Danil Nevsky is the founder of Indie Bartender, and one of the hospitality industry’s most recognized personalities. He has been voted #5 Bar World 100 Most Influential People in 2025, and Best International Bar Mentor at Tales of the Cocktail in 2024.
His diverse range of international experiences spans 15 years in the hospitality industry and is spread around almost as many countries. In 2023, he launched the world’s first fully independent and brand-independant global bartending competition, which received 1800 applications in its first year. The competition is in part funded by his bartender apparel brand Broken Bartender, & the aim is to independently fund bartender-created projects worldwide.
Ambitious, unfiltered and always interested in pushing the limits of the hospitality industry, Danil’s main goal is to provide independent meaningful marketing solutions for spirit brands and empower bartenders globally.
