SIP Bartender Competition Terms & Conditions
This SIP Bartender (“Competition”) is open only to individuals aged 21 or above, or of legal drinking age in their country of residence (whichever is higher), and with less than 6 years of hospitality industry experience. Participants and their sponsors must confirm their eligibility regarding age.
Participant Acknowledgment
· Participants acknowledge that they have read and understood the Competition Terms & Conditions before registration. By participating in the Competition, participants accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms & Conditions throughout the Competition.

Competition Guidelines
By participating in the Competition, participants hereby expressly agree to fully assign all copyrights in their cocktail recipes, cocktail names and anything created for the Competition for the full duration of the existence of such rights to Pernod Ricard Middle East. Participants undertake to execute or procure execution of any such documents as the Organizer may lawfully request to confirm or give effect to such assignment.
By participating in the Competition, participants hereby expressly agree to waive any and all moral rights that may arise and exist in their works created for the Competition.
Participants understand and agree that the personal data provided by the participants via the Competition will be used for the purpose of this Competition only. With the consent of the Participants during registration, Pernod Ricard Middle East or any other entities of the Pernod Ricard Group can send promotional messages to the participants in the future or may use the personal data for direct marketing.
By participating in the Competition, participants also hereby consent to authorize the Organizer or any other entities of the Pernod Ricard Group to use, upload or post their images, personal data and likenesses for all activities related to the Competition, brand promotion and marketing purposes during and after the Competition Period
Work Requirements:
· Theme: Sensory Architecture
· Create a cocktail based on the theme “Sensory Architecture”
· Base Spirit Requirements:
Brands that can be used for the base spirit: Ki-No-Bi Gin, Código 1530 Tequila, Olmeca Altos Tequila, Havana Club Rum, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Absolut Vodka, Monkey 47 Gin.
Change to the base spirit in any form is not permitted, including but not limited to soaking, simmering, or second distillation.
When two or more base spirits are used, the total volume of the base spirit shall not be less than 30ml and no more than 60ml.
· Ingredients limit:
No more than 6 ingredients can be used for the cocktail (including the base spirit, excluding garnishes).
When two or more base spirits are used, they will be considered as one ingredient.
Homemade ingredients such as syrup, cordial, or shrub will be considered as one ingredient.
· Recipe Submission: Provide specific milliliter measurements and preparation methods for homemade ingredients.
· The chosen National Final winners must showcase their featured serve at their place of work or at a designated venue, and promote it on social media, for a minimum of one month between the conclusion of the National Finals in March 2026 and the Global Final in Tokyo May 2026, as determined by the Organizer.
Rights and Interpretation
· The Organizer reserves the right to broadcast and adapt Competition works, and to hold commercial and distribution rights to selected works.
· Participants must not use inappropriate language in their cocktail names.
· The Organizer has the final decision-making authority in Competition matters.
· The Organizer reserves the right to amend, delete or supplement any of these Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion, and to change, suspend or terminate this Competition at any time without prior notice.
· The Organizer retains the right of final interpretation of the Competition. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Organizer.

Image Upload Guidelines:
· In commitment to responsible drinking, all photos or content must not violate any of the following guidelines, which include but are not limited to:
Features any people who are or appear to be under the legal drinking age, including featuring any people who are associated with drinking, who are not, or who do not look, over legal drinking age.
Is made by someone under the legal drinking age.
Promotes over-consumption or condemns or criticizes in any way anyone who chooses not to drink alcohol.
Portrays irresponsible drinking in a positive light or associates drinking with driving, operating any kind of machinery or engaging in any kind of dangerous activity.
Implies alcoholic beverages have any physical, psychological or intellectual benefits, or contributes to sexual success.
Implies alcoholic beverages give confidence or helps to overcome individual or social problems.
Glorifies the alcohol strength, relatively high alcohol content or intoxicating effect of a drink.
Mentions drinking alcohol in relation to any kind of illegal, antisocial, dangerous, aggressive or violent behavior
· Photos and content must adhere to legal standards and exclude specific content outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
· Participants are responsible for all their uploaded content and agree to fully indemnify the Organizer against any third-party claims.
· Participants authorize the use of their images for future publicity purposes.
· The Organizer reserves the right to remove any content that is inappropriate, improper or that violates laws, regulations or the Competition Terms & Conditions.
General:

In this situation, the collection, usage and transfer of personal information is not subject to this privacy policy.
