A British spring-time cocktail created in London by Dick Bradsell in the 1980’s. 2 Part Beefeater London Dry Gin 1 Part Lemon Juice ½ Part Sugar Syrup ½ Part Creme de Mure Glass: Old Fashioned Raspberry & Lemon Wedge 1. Add gin into a shaker. 2. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice. 3. Add sugar syrup. 4. Add a scoop of cubed ice and shake well. 5. Fill a Old Fashioned glass with crushed ice. 6. Single strain the mixture into the glass. 7. Add crème de mure to the glass. 8. Garnish with a raspberry and lemon wedge.
