The beauty of the Gin Martini is the marriage of the two ingredients. The botanicals of the gin are enhanced by the aromas from the dry vermouth. 10 Part Plymouth Gin 1 Part Lillet Blanc Glass: Coupe Lemon Peel or Green Olive 1. Add gin and vermouth to a mixing glass. 2. Stir with a bar spoon until perfect dilution is reached. 3. Take a chilled Coupe. 4. Strain liquid into the coupe. 5. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel or green olive.
