The French 75 is a beautiful, elegant, citrus, gin-led, champagne cocktail. Aptly named after the French artillery gun due to the fact that it packs a punch. 1 Part Beefeater Gin 1/4 Part Simple Syrup 1/2 Part Lemon Juice 4 Part Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Glass: Champagne Flute Lemon Peel Twist 1. Pour the gin and simple syrup into a shaker. 2. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice. 3. Add a scoop of ice and shake well. 4. Take a chilled champagne flute. 5. Double strain the mixture into the glass. 6. Top with brut Champagne. 7. Twist a lemon rind over the top and drop into glass.
