The Kir Royale is a take on a Kir cocktail, the French classic drink, mixing white wine from Burgundy with Crème de Cassis. 10 Part G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge 1 Part Crème de Cassis Glass: Champagne Flute None 1. Pour the Créme de Cassis into a chilled champagne flute. 2. Top slowly with brut Champagne to blend with the Créme de Cassis.
