The Piña Colada is the perfect tropical, blended beach classic. 2 Part Havana Club 3 Year Old 3 Part Pineapple Juice 1 Part Coconut Cream 1/2 Part Lime 1 Dash Angostura Bitters Glass: Hurricane Pineapple Wedge & Cocktail Cherries 1. Pour the rum, freshly squeezed pineapple juice and coconut cream into a blender jug. 2. Freshly squeeze correct amount of lime into jigger and add to blender. 3. Add one dash of bitters. 4. Take one scoop of crushed ice and add to jug, secure lid on blender and blitz until smooth. 5. Pour mixture into a hurricane glass. 6. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and cocktail cherries on a stick. Balance stick of cherries and pierced pineapple on rim of glass.
