The Singapore Sling was created in 1915 at the Raffles hotel in Singapore. 2 Part Plymouth Gin 1 Part Cherry Liqueur 2/3 Part Grenadine 2/3 Part Triple Sec 1 Part Lime Juice 4 Part Pineapple Juice 2/3 Part Benedictine 1 Dash Angostura Bitters Glass: Highball Angostura Bitters 1. Add gin and cherry liqueur to a shaker. 2. Add grenadine, triple sec, Benedictine and fresh lime juice. 3. Add bitters and pineapple juice. 4. Fill a highball glass with ice. 5. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. 6. Single strain into the highball. 7. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and stick of cocktail cherries.
