In 1917 Tom Bullock published the cocktail book “The Ideal Bartender” in which he featured a cocktail called the Stinger. This is the perfect digestive. 4 Part Martell VSOP 1 Part Crème de Menthe Glass: Goblet None 1. Pour Cognac and Crème de Menthe into a shaker. 2. Add a scoop of ice and shake well. 3. Take a chilled goblet. 4. Double strain the mixture into the goblet.
