A Family of cocktails originally made with Sherry in the 1800’s. 2 Part Chivas Regal 12 Year Old ½ Part Martell VS Cognac ½ Part Orange Liqueur Glass: Old Fashioned Orange Wedge & Mint Sprig 1. Add Scotch Whisky, Cognac, orange liqueur to a shaker. 2. Add a scoop of ice and shake well. 3. Take a Old Fashioned glass, fill with crushed ice. 4. Single strain the mixture into Old Fashioned glass. 5. Garnish with an orange wheel and a sprig of mint.
