Invented in London during the early 1900’s, a member of the Sours family of cocktails. 2 Part Monkey 47 Gin 1 Part Orange Liqueur 1 Part Fresh Lemon Juice 1 Egg White Glass: Cocktail Lemon Zest, Discarded 1. Add Gin and orange liqueur to a shaker. 2. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice. 3. Add egg white to the shaker. 4. Shake without ice. 5. Add in a scoop of cubed ice and shake well. 6. Take a chilled Cocktail glass. 7. Double strain the mixture into the glass. 8. Zest a lemon peel onto the liquid.
