CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE " SIP x BAR CONVENT SINGAPORE GOLDEN TICKET " COMPETITION

Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.

 § 1 Eligible participants   
(1) Only natural persons with permanent residence in Europe who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.
(2) Employees and authorised representatives of the organiser and affiliated companies as well as their relatives are not eligible to participate in the competition. The same applies to employees and authorised representatives of companies that are or were involved in the preparation and implementation of the competition. 

§ 2 Participation
(1) Participation in the competition is effected by scanning the QR code with a smartphone, which is located in the BCB x SIP Studio area, located at the Palais, in Messegelände, Berlin, duly completing and submitting the competition entry form by the participant, during the competition period.       
(2) The requirements for participation must be fulfilled during the period of the competition and must be transmitted to the organiser by the method offered. Participation by any means other than that offered for entry is excluded and will not be considered. 
(3) The use of any kind of automated processes to manipulate the competition is prohibited.  

§ 3 Competition period
The competition starts on October 9, 2023 at 11:00am and ends on October 11, 2023 at 6:00pm.

§ 4 Prize All participants will be entered into a prize draw to determine a single winner who will win the following prizes:

• Flight from Europe to Singapore for 1 people and return trip. The airline and flight times will be determined and booked at the organiser's discretion.
• Two hotel nights for 1 people, from 5 to 7 November 2023. The hotel will be determined and booked at the organiser's discretion.
• 1 ticket for the Barshow Bar Convent Singapore to be held from 6^th to 7^th of November 2023. The ticket for the Bar Convent Singapore is only available in digital form. For these reasons, the winner will receive the ticket per email.   

Please note that transport and catering costs on site are not included, and neither are any additional costs not expressly stated.
The winner must hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ validity remaining from the date of departure. All travel bookings must be made at least 15 days prior to departure.The winner must liaise with organiser to arrange the travel. Organiser will use reasonable efforts to secure the winner’s preferred itinerary and timings but the itinerary is ultimately at the discretion of organiser.

§ 5 Determination of winners
The winner will be drawn by lot immediately after the end of the competition period.

§ 6 Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by e-mail y October 15^th 2023. From the moment of notification, a period of 48 hours begins within which the winner must confirm the prize to the organiser by sending a reply to the organiser. If no confirmation is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will not be entitled to any prize or any kind of compensation, and a replacement winner may be drawn. The organiser may require the winner to provide proof of name, age and residence.

If the winner does not want or cannot benefit from all or part of the prize for any reason whatsoever, the winner will lose the benefit of the complete prize and will not be able to claim any compensation or recompense whatsoever. 

§ 7 Winning procedure and dispatch
The prize will be sent to the email address provided by the winner.
Payment of the prize in cash, in kind, their exchange or transfer to other persons is not possible.

§ 8 Rules of conduct
The organiser has the right to exclude participants from the prize draw who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process or the prize draw and/or who violate the conditions of participation. This applies in particular if the participant provides false information or if submitted comments violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. In the event of exclusion, prizes and benefits may also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

§ 9 Termination options
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice. This applies in particular if the competition cannot run as planned, for example in the event of software and/or hardware errors and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons that affect the regular and proper conduct of the competition.

§ 10 Personal data
For the purpose of managing your participation to the competition and processing the prize, the organiser is entitled to collect and store the necessary personal data (name, email address, country) on the basis of the performance of a contract. The information provided will only be used to manage the competition and will be deleted within a maximum period of one month afterwards. The organiser may share the winners' personal data to third parties for the purpose of sending the prize. Any such third party shall at all times comply with the same security requirements as the organiser for your personal data and shall, where required, be bound by appropriate legal agreements to keep your personal data confidential and secure and to process it only in accordance with the express instructions from the organiser.

You may exercise your right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection by contacting us at groupdpo@pernod-ricard.com.  
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

§ 11 Responsible consumption
Organiser and all companies within the PERNOD RICARD group have a commitment to responsible drinking and discouraging misuse of our products.

§ 12 Legal recourse
The legal process is excluded.

§ 13 Applicable law
The competition is governed exclusively by the laws of France.

§ 14 Miscellaneous
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall not be affected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provisions. The same applies if the conditions of participation should prove to be incomplete.
