Invented in 2005 by Sam Ross at Milk & Honey in New York. 2 Parts Chivas Regal 18 Year Old 1 Part Fresh Lemon Juice 1 Part Honey Water ¼ Part Ginger Liqueur ¼ Part The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Glass: Old Fashioned Candied Ginger 1. Add Scotch Whisky and ginger liqueur to a shaker. 2. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice. 3. Add honey water. 4. Fill with cubed ice and shake well. 5. Fill a Old Fashioned glass with cubed ice. 6. Single strain into a Old Fashioned glass. 7. Float whisky onto the drink using a bar spoon. 8. Garnish with candied ginger on a cocktail stick.
