Ceder's

Created in 2017 by husband-and-wife entrepreneurs, Craig Hutchison and Maria Sehlstrom - Ceder’s joined Pernod Ricard in January 2021. Ceder’s recipe has been developed by distilling both classic gin botanicals like juniper with more exotic botanicals like rooibos and buchu, sourced from the Cederberg Mountains of the Western Cape in South Africa – where Ceder’s gets its name. Available in 500 ml bottles, Ceder’s comes in a range of four premium blends: Classic, Crisp, Wild and the latest addition, Pink Rose. Ceder’s has already won numerous medals at prestigious competitions including Spirits Business, San Francisco Wine and Spirits Competition, and International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC). The award-winning range is well-positioned for growth within the global market of non-alcoholic beverages.

In the year 2017, Craig Hutchison and Maria Sehlstrom embarked on a journey to redefine the beverage landscape, setting out to craft a non-alcoholic alternative that would captivate the senses and offer a sophisticated experience. This vision gave birth to Ceder's, a brand that quickly gained recognition for its commitment to quality, innovation, and a dedication to providing an exquisite alternative for those seeking a non-alcoholic option without compromising on taste or sophistication.

The Ceder's range undergoes a meticulous process to curate, extract, and blend its distinct flavors. With 15 carefully selected botanicals, including traditional juniper and coriander, the range is crafted into four distinct flavor profiles. Each botanical is individually distilled to capture its unique essence, with South African plants like buchu and rooibos handled in small batches to preserve their wild flavors. These concentrated flavors are then blended to create the Classic, Crisp, Rose, and Wild variants, each boasting 0% alcohol, 0 sugar, and exceptional taste.

Recipe

CEDER’S CLASSIC NON-ALCOHOLIC MARTINI

50ml Ceder’s classic
25ml Olive brine
Green olive (or twist of lemon rind)
1. Add Ceder’s classic and olive brine into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Wet shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Strain into chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with a green olive – skewer onto a cocktail stick to create the authentic martini look.
