History

Havana Club was founded with a simple vision - to capture the essence of Cuba in every bottle. Our rums are made with the knowledge, experience and passion of the Maestros del Ron Cubano (Masters of Cuban Rum), who preserve centuries-old craftsmanship and tradition.

Havana Club is an integral part of Cuba’s national heritage. We take pride in supporting local communities and protecting the environment through sustainable practices, sharing the spirit and culture of Cuba across the world.

PRODUCTION

Every rum in our collection is crafted with care, blending expertise, tradition and passion. Our Maestros oversee every stage of production, from sourcing the best Cuban molasses to ageing in oak barrels under the island’s tropical climate. Time plays a vital role - each Havana Club rum is matured for at least three years, allowing flavours to develop naturally and achieve their signature smoothness.

Guided by the Maestros del Ron Cubano, our process combines craftsmanship, patience and the unique conditions of Cuba’s fertile soil and warm climate. The result is a collection of rums celebrated worldwide for their depth, balance and unmistakably Cuban character.

Signature Cocktail

Ingredients (for 1 drink):
2 teaspoons white sugar
25 ml fresh lime juice
2 sprigs of mint
50 ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años rum
3 ice cubes
80 ml soda water


Method:
Mix the sugar and fresh lime juice with a spoon directly in your glass.

Muddle the mint sprigs in the sugar and lime mixture.

Add the white rum and ice cubes, then stir well. Top up the glass with a splash of soda water.

Garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy!
