Roundtable by SIP - What does Success look like for Gen Z bartenders?

What does success look like for GenZ bartenders
About this Event

Once upon a time the route of success for a career-minded bartender was starting out at the back of a key bar, earning their stripes to become a bartender and then transitioning into the head bartender, and in some occasions to brand manager or bar owner.
The pandemic has changed this pattern. With fewer brand ambassador roles available, more positions to fill at the bar and fewer people to fill them, the industry has attracted a new wave of bartenders who are not afraid to move from bar-to-bar for more money and with an increasing number of demands.
With these factors in mind, what does success look like for the new generation of bartenders and how can we nurture them and sustain the industry at the same time?
