World Gin Day is celebrated on the second Saturday of June. This day honours gin's rich history, dating back to the Middle Ages when it was first distilled by European monks and alchemists! Celebrate the day with this citrusy, tart and aromatic Beefeater Gin Bramble reSIPe:
50 ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
25 ml Lemon Juice
20 ml Pomegranate Juice
15 ml Crème de Mure
10 ml Sugar Syrup
Blackberries
Pour all liquids into a shaker with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Add crushed ice to your glass.
Strain the drink into the glass.
Garnish with blackberries and enjoy!
