25 ml fresh lime juice
2 Teaspoons sugar in a glass
2 mint sprigs
50 ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años rum
3 ice cubes
Top up with sparkling water
Mix the sugar and fresh lime juice in a glass, then muddle the mint sprigs in the mixture. Add the white rum and ice cubes, mix again, top up with sparkling water, and garnish with a mint sprig. Enjoy!
