So, let's raise our glasses and toast to World Paloma Day with this zesty, refreshing cocktail:
Ingredients:
60 ml Altos Plata
60 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
30 ml Lemon Juice
15 ml Agave Syrup
Optional garnishes: Lime wheel, pink grapefruit, and salt
Frost your glass rim with salt by running a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it in salt. Mix the tequila, lime/lemon juice, and sweetener. Add ice and top with grapefruit juice or soda. Garnish with a lime or grapefruit slice.
