Made famous at Londons' Lab Bar by Dougie Ankara. 2 Part Absolut Vanilia Vodka 2 Part Passion Fruit Purée ½ Part Fresh Lime Juice ¼ Part Vanilla Syrup 2 Part Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut Champagne Glass: Cocktail Half Passion Fruit 1. Add vanilla vodka into a shaker. 2. Add passion fruit puree. 3. Add freshly squeezed lime juice. 4. Add vanilla syrup. 5. Add a scoop of cubed ice and shake well. 6. Take a chilled cocktail glass. 7. Double strain the mixture into the glass. 8. Garnish with half a shell of a passion fruit.
