About this Event

Mimosa Day is celebrated annually on May 16th to honour the beloved brunch beverage. The refreshing drink is named after the Mimosa flower and has become a staple at brunches and special occasions. It is said to have been invented at the Ritz Hotel in Paris in 1925! Its British equivalent is known as 'Buck's Fizz'. The day is a perfect opportunity to gather with friends and family, raise a glass, and toast to good times and great company.

Looking to celebrate? Follow this reSIPe for a twist on the classic:
Ice Cubes
25 ml Absolut Vodka
50 ml Orange Juice
G.H.Mumm Champagne Cordon Rouge to top up
Add chilled Absolut Vodka and Orange Juice into a Champagne glass and top up with Cordon Rouge.

Enjoy your brunch!
