Launching for the first time in China, the SIP Cocktail Festival will become a new flagship celebration of cocktail culture across Asia. Hosted at Shanghai’s Bund Finance Center from 10–12 October 2025, just after the World’s 50 Best Bars ceremony in Hong Kong, the festival will gather more than thirty of Asia’s top bars and industry leaders for three days of innovation, collaboration, and cultural exchange.
With this new format, SIP continues to expand its reach beyond borders, building a vibrant platform for the next generation of bartenders and hospitality professionals in Asia.
Built around the concept “Infinite Flavors, Infinite Possibilities,” the festival aims to create a shared flavor economy that connects bartenders, brands, and consumers through one immersive experience. Guests can explore Flavor Street, an open-air hub of signature serves from Asia’s most celebrated bars; experience SIP Infinity Night, where Pernod Ricard’s All-Star Spirits Team leads global brand takeovers and DJ sets; and join the Liquid Ideas Summit, a thought-leadership forum shaping the future of cocktail culture in Asia.
This is not a pop-up, but a new annual landmark for cocktail culture in China, an inclusive meeting point where global creativity meets local energy.
