The Caipiroska is a European twist on a very South American classic, the Caipirinha. 1 1/2 Part Absolut Vodka 2/3 Part Simple Syrup 4 Pieces Lime Glass: Old Fashioned Lime Wedge 1. Add four lime wedges to an old fashioned glass with the simple syrup. 2. Muddle the two together with a muddler. 3. Add the vodka to the glass. 4. Top half the glass with crushed ice. 5. Take a napkin to hold the ice down and stir with a bar spoon. 6. Top with ice and a lime wedge.
