The Mai Tai is the ultimate Polynesian cocktail, almost defining the genre. 2 Part Havana Club 3 Year Old 1 Part Lime Juice 1 Part Orange Curacao 1/4 Part Orgeat Syrup Glass: Rocks Glass Lime Wheel, Orange Wedge & Cocktail Cherries 1. Pour the rum, the triple sec, lime juice and orgeat into the small half of a cocktail shaker. 2. Fill the large half of the cocktail shaker with cubed ice and seal with the small half. 3. Fill a rocks glass with cubed ice. 4. Shake the cocktail shaker for 10/15 seconds. 5. Unseal the shaker, place a Hawthorne strainer over the larger tin and strain into the ice filled rocks glass. 6. Garnish with an orange wedge, lime wheel and cocktail cherries.
