This program celebrates not only amazing bartending skills but also the passion, collaborative spirit, brand knowledge and sustainability mastery defining any modern bartender.
Over three months, aspirants embarked on a rigorous journey, facing regional finals in five regions before a Grand Finale in Shanghai.
During the Grand Finale, SIP took the 15 finalists through an exciting 3-day-experience, including Agave masterclasses with a strong focus on the award-winning Tequila Altos, roundtable discussions on sustainability and three rounds of intense competition testing different bartending expertise:
1st round: team challenge, revolved around sustainable bar operations, emphasizing the importance of environmental consciousness in mixology.
2nd round: 1:1:1 speed round, testing the bartenders' agility, precision, and creativity under pressure.
Final round: themed challenge, pushed the boundaries of mixology as participants showcased their flair, innovation, and storytelling skills.
